　　3。有較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)能力

　　從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師，為了這個(gè)心愿，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學(xué)科的基本理論知識(shí)。

　　The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the wellbeing of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international inscope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address suchenvironmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of theozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditionsof the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just thosethat ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individualenvironmental problems。

　　It was a long four years. Even after I had actually graduated, the nightmares began to haunt me, the university would call to say I hadn’t truly graduated. There had been a mistake and there was just one more class I needed to take. I was always so relieved to wake up and realize that it had only been a bad dream. In reality, I had completed every course needed for my degree, and I was a full-fledged college graduate!

　　Now, the rest of my life loomed ahead of me. Sometimes a bachelor’s degree prepares you for a specific occupation——you train to be an accountant, you graduate and get a position in an accounting firm. Often, however, your stint in college only prepares you to make further decisions regarding your future. You’re pretty sure what you don’t want to do!

　　During my senior year of college, I had toyed with the idea of changing my major. At that point, I had finally discovered what captured my heart. But, wanting to finally be finishing school was a stronger pull. So, I took a few courses in physiology and exercise science, but not enough to receive a degree in physical therapy. That would require advanced schooling, beyond my bachelor’s degree——and I just wasn’tready to tackle that. Having completed my B.C. degree, I didn’t have any intentions of furthering my education.

　　So, I did the safe thing and got an office job——the very thing I was sure that I didn’t want to do! I detested the office policies, the suits I had to wear and the downtown environment that I had to drive to every day. I knew this was not where I belonged.

　　But god knew what path my career was to follow. A position opened up at the most exclusive health club in our city, so I applied. This was my kind of environment——an active, vibrant kind of place——completely at the opposite end of the spectrum from the office environment where I found myself. The position required that I work Saturday nights and Sunday mornings. Perfect, I thought! I could keep my office job Monday through Friday and work at my dream job on the weekends. This arrangement lasted several months until, eventually, a full-time position opened up and I was able to resign from my office job.

　　Over the next few years, I worked my way up the leader, gaining experience in several different departments. I found my niche as the director of member services——catering to our clientele and providing them with numerous cutting-edge programs. I would have stayed at that job forever——it seemed to be the pinnacle of all my dreams fulfilled. Here were fellow employees who had a passion for the same things that I did——health and fitness. Yet again, god had other plans for my life.Within two years, a newer, bigger, better and more state-of-the-art health club facility was built——just five miles down the road. And, in turn, the owner lost many members to that club. And, in turn, the owner lost thousands of dollars. One by one we were each laid off.

　　After trying unsuccessfully to land another similar position elsewhere, I knew what I had to do. Go back to school!thanks!

　　The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

　　As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. 　　英語短文閱讀的重要性不僅表現(xiàn)在高中英語考試中它的份量最大，而且還表現(xiàn)在英語短文是英語詞匯知識(shí)和語法知識(shí)的載體方面。詞匯量的擴(kuò)大、詞匯知識(shí)的豐富和句子表達(dá)的多樣性光靠死記硬背是無法也不可能實(shí)現(xiàn)的。擴(kuò)大詞匯量、豐富自己的詞匯知識(shí)和地道完美的'表達(dá)自己只有依靠優(yōu)良的閱讀習(xí)慣。教材課文是精讀材料，需要同學(xué)們讀熟讀透，直至能開口娓娓道來為止。課外閱讀又叫泛讀。高中英語新課標(biāo)教材對(duì)高中前八個(gè)模塊的學(xué)習(xí)有一個(gè)要求：課外閱讀要完成30萬單詞的閱讀量。也就是說：同學(xué)們需要每天有500到700個(gè)單詞量的閱讀。課外閱讀也是運(yùn)用語言的一種必不可少的形式。課外閱讀不能停留在完成幾道閱讀理解試題或者完形填空試題。關(guān)鍵在盡量弄懂文章中的每一句話含義、長難句的結(jié)構(gòu)。留意你還不很熟悉的詞匯、詞匯知識(shí)和語法知識(shí)。還要去認(rèn)真體會(huì)不同的英語句子在表達(dá)上的精確性。千萬不要在一些你還不認(rèn)識(shí)的，拼寫怪誕，發(fā)音困難的生僻詞匯上浪費(fèi)時(shí)間和精力。

　　一、落實(shí)詞匯、詞匯知識(shí)和特殊句式的積累。落實(shí)詞匯和詞匯知識(shí)并不是反復(fù)背記詞匯表中的單詞。落實(shí)詞匯、詞匯知識(shí)以及特殊句式的最好辦法是先探究后運(yùn)用。一個(gè)詞匯在經(jīng)過七到八次在不同時(shí)間和不同的語境中運(yùn)用后，它就是你的了。詞匯知識(shí)和特殊句式也是一樣。寫作是運(yùn)用，造句是運(yùn)用，閱讀，傾聽和與他人用英語交流也是運(yùn)用。借助詞典進(jìn)行造句練習(xí)，在造句中運(yùn)用新學(xué)的詞匯不失為一種行之有效的簡單易行的方式。

　　二、落實(shí)課外閱讀。每天堅(jiān)持花半小時(shí)閱讀一兩篇短文。一要真正讀懂。二要留意詞匯運(yùn)用。

　　三、落實(shí)早自習(xí)精讀。每次有硬指標(biāo)，死任務(wù)。

　　四、落實(shí)課內(nèi)課外書面作業(yè)。簡單的完成老師布置的作業(yè)量并不是落實(shí)。書面作業(yè)質(zhì)的落實(shí)必須是在真正懂了、記住了的基礎(chǔ)上又快又好的獨(dú)立的、閉卷式的完成書面作業(yè)。對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的漏洞和缺陷要采取補(bǔ)救措施。

　　五、落實(shí)自主探究的學(xué)習(xí)能力培養(yǎng)。學(xué)習(xí)中缺乏自主探究，不善于利用團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和與老師溝通是很多高中生在學(xué)習(xí)中存在的一種普遍想象。老師不是保姆，老師不可能把英語的詞匯知識(shí)和英語的四大能力烹制成一道道佳肴后，一口一口地喂進(jìn)學(xué)生的口中。老師的探究代替不了學(xué)生的探究。學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)主要是探究能力的培養(yǎng)。學(xué)會(huì)了探究，你才會(huì)在知識(shí)的大海中暢游。學(xué)會(huì)了探究，你才會(huì)成為終身學(xué)習(xí)者。英語學(xué)科的探究應(yīng)該表現(xiàn)在對(duì)某一特定詞匯在文中、在句中的用法和含義的探究，對(duì)長難句結(jié)構(gòu)和含義的探究，對(duì)相關(guān)知識(shí)關(guān)聯(lián)的探究，對(duì)作者意圖、主題大意的探究，當(dāng)然也包含對(duì)學(xué)法的探究。要探究知識(shí)，要有工具（詞典以及各種手冊(cè)等）的幫助，更要有團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作，還要有老師的幫助。團(tuán)隊(duì)合作可以讓你取他人之長補(bǔ)自己之短，還可以集思廣益，產(chǎn)生思想火花。常與老師溝通是可以使你更容易發(fā)現(xiàn)前進(jìn)的方向，少走彎路。
